Returns: Report any discrepancy within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any returned product or equipment without prior return authorization by email. To obtain a return authorization, more likely we will ask you to send your return by ups only  please email our office at info@biofrancelab.com 25% Restocking Fee and shipping costs are customer's responsibility, if applicable, any refund due will be a credit for a future order. we will not be restocking but we will destroy the product return do to covid 19 pandemic.
